The inaugural year of the Inisiasi Rally Raid Adventure marked a historic milestone for Indonesia’s motorsport scene. Held across West Java—Majalengka, Indramayu, and Sumedang—the event showcased endurance, teamwork, machine discipline, and the rising enthusiasm for rally raid in Indonesia.
Introducing a New Era of Rally Raid in Indonesia
Led by Chairman Rifat Sungkar, IRRA was designed to introduce rally raid to Indonesian motorsport, in collaboration with Taka Motorsport. The goal was clear: create a competitive yet accessible rally raid environment that highlights both skill and adventure.
Our 2025 Host: Majalengka, West Java
After extensive scouting, IRRA found its first home in Majalengka, a region offering both beautiful landscapes and accessible staging points. Its diverse terrain made it the ideal foundation for Indonesia’s first rally raid event.
Community, Hospitality & Local Support
With generous support from the Regent of Majalengka, IRRA gained access to routes spanning Majalengka, Indramayu, and Sumedang. Seventy-two competitors across AUTO and MOTO categories experienced the hospitality and unique charm of West Java’s rural regions.

Day 1 – SS1 Sumedang / Majalengka / Indramayu
The first day began before sunrise as teams prepared their machines. Rain and mud quickly took over the course, making SS1 a battle of adaptation and quick decision-making.
Day 2 – SS2 Majalengka / Indramayu
Mother nature was relentless—deep mud, wet terrain, and unpredictable track surfaces demanded total harmony between rider, driver, navigator, and machine. SS2 became one of the toughest stages of the event.
Day 3 – SS3 Majalengka
The final day brought intensity and emotion. As competitors pushed through one last time, the finish gate welcomed them with medals and celebration. SS3 marked a bittersweet end to IRRA’s first rally raid journey.
Dex-Ploration Powered by Pertamina Dex
Running parallel with IRRA, Dex-Ploration offered a two-day overland and CSR program involving 22 participants and communities such as DCAB-ID, Jejelogy 4x4 School, and RMA Ford. Activities included an orphanage visit, overland to Kanaga Hill, and hands-on rally raid track education.
